The Owner, "Barb" is just the greatest person and her staff are very, very nice. Rumor is that some day soon, there will be a "Men's Department"
I try to stop often to see the new items. The store is very clean and well organized, makes shopping easy. So many different styles and brands in one stop. Shopping here is a great for my BUDGETS, both time and money!$!$!

I have shopped there since Barbie opened. I can buy items at BB&T that I wouldn't even be able to consider at full retail. The clothes are really special. I constantly get complements on my outfits. Every day I have something on from there. Jewelry, shoes, boots, belts, excersise gear. I have gotten dresses for weddings and holliday outfits. Everything is like new and sometimes brand new. My friends and family don't even ask where I get my great outfit they just say,"BB&T? I've gotta go there!" All I can say is, "YEP!" Jill
BB&T is an upscale consignment fashion boutique in a delightful atmosphere, with prices at less than a fraction of retail. The name-brand clothes are in new to like-new condition, complete with fashionable accessories such as name-brand shoes, purses, jewelry, hats, gloves. I found I can create complete outfits as if I had shopped directly from the designers themselves. And there are also children's clothing and accessories as well. To keep us refreshed, Barbie offers freshly made coffee, hot chocolate, punch and little snacks as well as cheerful help and advice. In the heart of historical downtown Hartville, you'll love the experience!

This is the first place I go for anything dealing with cloths! You feel like you step into a high Class shop and its a resale shop. the owner is the best makes you feel like your the only one there. Best Bib and Tucker is better then the mall You will always find what you need and she has wonderful Sales!

Best Bib and Tucker is just not a resale shop. When you enter, you feel like you are at home. Barb Wise greets you and makes you feel you are family. Not only that, she has sooooo many specials going it's hard to keep track of them all. Not only that, Barb finds time (we don't know how) to be involved in local community work and in keeping downtown Hartville moving forward.
Barb always sells my clothes and gets the best price. She also has only quality high styles in her shop. The clothes are changed according to the seasons with no overlap. The shop is well presented and the staff are all helpful and cheerful.
