The best hands down! I search all over for a dress and came back to the original store I started at. Every time I walked in the ladies knew me by name, even without an appointment they knew me and my mom! I was not able to find another dress like mine at any store around, their selection was great and they were HONEST. They told me what would look good and what wouldn't. They helped in every aspect from shoes to veil. I never once worried about my dress fitting and never once had to adjust it throughout the day the alterations were perfect!

I thought the service was excellent. I liked the fact that the women working there didn't hover over me while I looked for dresses. I chose about ten dresses to try on. As I chose the dresses, one woman took the dresses when she noticed I needed help. She told me she would get me a room. Perfect. When I tried the dresses on (I am also a shapley woman) she used the clips to keep the dresses on because they wouldn't zip. When I found the dress I wanted, I brought my mother back with me that night to see the dress on me (they stayed open 15 minutes late and did the veil thing for me-probably because I was ordering the dress and I was the only one in the store). They ordered the dress and called me within the correct time frame. Each fitting was appropriate and the service was great. If you want a dress at a great price, great alterations, kind workers and you don't want to deal with a lot of people in a huge store then this is the place to go.

The other women who wrote reviews must have all been a size 2. I went to this store looking for a specific dress I had tried on else where, but was a size too small. While we were there I thought I would try on some other dresses as well. Now I am not small, but I am not huge either I wear a 12 or 14. Another girl about my size or maybe a size bigger came in the store and the clerks almost completely ignored her like they had done to me the whole time I was there except for saying to the girl that some one had all the big sizes in the fitting room and she would just have to wait. There were 3 people working that day and there were two girls there when I got there that were size 2-6 and they were giving them shoes, veils, and tiaras to go with every dress and pulling things off the rack and helping them with everything. None of which they did for me or the other girl my size, even after the skinny girls left. I have never been so insulted in my life. Thank goodness for my family I had my mom, aunt, grandma and sister with me, so they kept me going and I didn't notice as much as they did.

We purchased dresses at another store for my daughters wedding. When the girls went to get fitted the dresses were not the same quality as the sample dress. We insisted they refund all the girls their money and with less than 4 months left before my daughters wedding we were left without bridesmaids dresses.
Galleria was altering my daughters wedding gown and we went straight to them to select new gowns. The service was great the dresses were beautiful and the rush order arrived in plenty of time to be altered for a couple of the girls.
I would recommend Galleria Gowns to all brides to be and their wedding party.

The ladies at Galleria Gowns are amazing! My mother is very ill with cancer and they have just been a god send to her and me. When my brother got married in July, they did everything to get her a dress and shoes that matched. Even letting us borrow things to take to the Cleveland Clinic to have her fitted. I 'm getting married in March and they have been nothing but honest in looking at what I want. I already bought a dress from another name on this list and had the worst experience ever!!! I am going to sell that dress and bought a different one with these wonderful ladies. To them it's not about price or what they can talk you into... it's what will make you feel beautiful on your day. Even if you feel aweful and sick with cancer like my mother. She felt so beautiful in her dress, better then she had felt in months. To me that means more than an over priced dress that you only look ok in.

I really like the customer service there. They were also able to find a gown from another retailer at a cheaper price.
