Glenmoor Country Club provides the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony. The Chapel, where many ceremonies take place, provides the perfect setting, with stone floors, gorgeous wood beams, and a huge fireplace. Unlike some venues, the acoustics in the beautiful Glenmoor Chapel are perfect, and are quite flattering for the guest musicians. The wedding coordinator, Meghan Olmstead, is a true professional. Her organizational skills and calm, confident demeanor put everyone at ease. In fact, everyone from the club manager to the valets do whatever is necessary to make your experience at Glenmoor the very best!
My reception was held at Glenmoor on December 29, 2007. Meghan and the staff of Glenmoor are amazing. Meghan was there for me during the whole planning process. You cannot imagine the remarks people have made as to how beautiful the room looked and also how GREAT the food was. There were no complaints. Our wedding is still talked about, 3 months later! I would recommend Glenmoor and Meghan for any type of event in a heartbeat. Having my reception at Glenmoor was better than having a reception at Cinderella's castle.
I walked into Glenmoor and knew immediately that it was the perfect place! they do the cake, the best food I have EVER had, decor, and all the recommendations you can handle. Not to mention you get a personal wedding planner for your day! She alone is worth the venue!

We had our wedding reception at Glenmoor in October of 2005 and had such a memorable experience. Not only is it a beautiful and unique venue with a castle-like atmosphere, but the food was amazing and the service was wonderful. As my husband and I were getting our pictures taken, the wedding coordinator, Meghan, came to us on the grounds in a golf cart with a plate of the appetizers for us to enjoy! Now THAT'S service!
Glenmoor was such a romantic environment to have our wedding festivities! They were so meticulous with details. The staff handled everything from transportation and accommodations for out of town guests, to the gourmet dining and wedding pastries. Excellent!!

The most exquisite and fun venue for a wedding.
We live in San Diego and were making all of our plans from across the country. Not to mention we changed our time frame to two and a half months. This was no problem for Meghan, the wedding coordinator at Glenmoor. I am from Canton originally, so my confidence level in Glenmoor as being the right place was solid. However, my fiance had a some fears for just not knowing anything about Glenmoor. Well, Meghan has taken all of those fears away. Now the morning filled with a massage from the spa, the hair appointments, robe wearing and mimosa drinking will be the perfect way to start the day. Glenmoor is a class act! The perfect place to handle such a special day! Thanks Meghan!!!
Glenmoor is a 'special' place. It has a very unique atmosphere. We had a wedding there in 2007, and Meghan and the ENTIRE staff at Glenmoor was superb! They were always willing to help you in any way they can. They are the friendliest group of people you will ever meet. We stayed the entire weekend, and never once had a problem (which is amazing considering all the wedding/rehearsal details that you have!) The event coordinator, Meghan, is very true to her word. You CAN count on her being there. I was extremely impressed with Meghan and the staff at being so efficient and professional and friendly. I am grateful and so thankful to Meghan and the staff for help making my daughter's wedding day so flawless.
My husband and I got married a little over a year ago at Glenmoor Country Club. We could not have asked for anything more. I was looking for a place that would give a "castle" feel to it (something fairy-tale like) and Glenmoor was the place. It is such a unique place and most of our guests had never been there before, so it was nice to have them experience somewhere new. Also, because you can stay there...some of them made a weekend out of it. We chose to have both the ceremony and the reception there and when Meghan says that they can "switch" the room in one hour...she means it! They are all professionals and everything...I mean absolutely everything on those tables were uniform. The cake was made from there as well and I can't even begin to tell you how many compliments we received from that. As you can see, I have so many positive things to say about this magical place...it was everything that I envisioned and MORE! Meghan was there, by my side, throughout the entire planning process and we couldn't have done it without her. She is amazing and truly cares about your day and your happiness. One quick last thing...I had no idea on that day, but one of my guests had accidentally tore or ripped her dress (very noticeable) and didn't have anything to fix it. Since it was so early on in the night, she wasn't sure what to do...there was Meghan...she actually took the time out and fixed it herself! That should just show all of you the dedication she puts forth into your entire day. She never misses a detail or a step. Thank you for making a memory that not only my husband and I will remember forever, but also our entire family and friends as well!!!!

I had six months to plan our wedding, which really isn't that long. But everything went smoothly! Glenmoor's wedding coordinator was amazing! She went far beyond her duties! Everyone we worked with with very nice and truly made the day special. The food was wonderful, the grounds were beautiful.... we loved all of it! It's been one year ago and people are still complimenting us on our gorgeous wedding!
