We offer women's fashion handbags, hair accessories, fashion jewelry, custom invitations, custom greeting cards and unique gift items. We purchase directly from importers in New York and LA. We invite you to come and see what all the hoopla is about! You will be so surprised! (We are located in the same plaza as Cleats, Sally's Beauty and the License Bureau)

Creative name, welcoming atmosphere, items displayed very well (even has a sitting area), something for every woman, and very very affordable. Unique shopping experience.
You show me the person that can't find matching jewelry at Hoopla's and I want to see their closet (which would have to be double the size of my house). It's a very cute shop, I went and bought some necklaces and the first time I wore them I got compliments, which is always a nice feeling, actually I have the necklace on right now! I love it there!
I attended the official grand opening event along with my nieces. The owner and staff were sooooooo friendly and the atmosphere in the store was elegant and very ritzy although the prices were soooooo reasonable. I purchased several items and have already been complimented on them when I wore them. I was upset that i had to leave some items behind since I had to save the rent money (ha,ha) Not to worry, I will be back soon.
