This salon is the "Best of the Best" in customer service, friendliness and is extremely clean. The reception is always courteous and know you by name when you come in. They will always try to accommodate you if a change is necessary. Thank you Illusion Unlimited!
The best service around not to mention a very pleasant atmosphere. I recently moved from the area and tried new salons. However, I now drive 45 minutes into Parma from Amherst. The salons I have tried just don't compare. Hope they expand and open a salon in my new area. Absolutely must give it a try , you won't regret it!!!!!!!!!
The staff at Strongsville Illusions is always very friendly and very helpful....If you want a great hair style, up due or cut I highly recommend going to Illusions
I just recently started working at illusions and I learned more my first day there than any other place I have worked at. They (everyone from the receptionist who makes and then confirms your appointment, to the person who greets you at the desk when you arrive for your appointment, to your hairdresser) is extremely polite, personable, and makes you feel completely at home even if you're having the worst day imaginable. I have NEVER experienced this type of environment at other salons. Not to mention the great job your own hairdresser does with you cut and showing you how to obtain the same results in between visits. Way to go, Illusions! I hope you win!!! Because you truly ARE the BEST salon in the Cleveland area!!!!!
I have been a client at Illusions for the past 9 yrs. I have had my hair cut, colored, protected, done up for homecomings, proms, and soon they will be getting me ready for my wedding. I can go into any one of their locations and feel comfortable with any stylist. You can't just get that anywhere. They are definitely the best in the area.
