In addition to wedding photography, Leah also offers "boudoir sessions" (a popular photography shoot, particularly amongst brides, where the subject is tastefully photographed in lingerie and other seductive outfits to present to their groom). She provides "marathon" sessions as well where she travels to different locales to do these shoots.

Per the recommendation of some ladies on The Knot, I decided to "go for it" as a surprise gift to my soon-to-be-husband. Leah's prices are incredibly reasonable, especially when you consider that her travel expenses and the hotel room the shoot is conducted in is included.

Prior to the scheduled shoot, Leah was very responsive in answering my emails and questions. She was flexible when I needed a sudden schedule change as well.

On the day of the shoot I showed up at the hotel at the specified time, very nervous as this is something rather out of character for me! Leah put me at ease right away with her down-to-earth and friendly demeanor. It was like hanging out with one of your good friends.

Leah was great about making suggestions for poses, and thinking out how to transition between the outfits. She was professional and encouraging, and in no time I felt like an "old pro"!

Within a day or two Leah had sent over a few preview pictures, which were just awesome. While she said that it would take about 5 or 6 weeks for the photos to be ready and sent, I actually had the CD with the images in just one week!

I was really impressed with her skill and ability to capture the right mood and angles for such a shoot. I tend to consider myself to not be so photogenic, and I was really concerned about making "stupid sexy faces", but somehow Leah made me look fantastic. My fiance is sure to be floored when I give him his album (made myself) on the wedding night!
