My mom has been a customer of M.C. ever since they opened their doors. I had my very first haircut there and 19 years later, I'm still a loyal customer; I won't get my hair cut anywhere else! The employees are the best around, all very friendly. And it doesn't matter which stylist you get your hair cut by, because everyone is excellent! I love it!

I was first introduced to MC Hair by my dad (I am not joking, really, my dad) when I was 13 years old. He went in and set up a "makeover" birthday party for me and my friends. We all got our hair and nails done and were princesses for the day. Ever since then, I have been going there and I am unbelieveably satisfied everytime I leave there. Whether its a cut (usually someone has to hold my hand for that-I get very nervous when the scissors come out), color, or getting my hair done for my wedding almost 2 years ago, I LOVE going there. I totally love MC, when I moved to Ohio from NYC I was frantic to find an upscale place to get my hair done and my aunt told me about MC, although i was skeptical i went and i can honestly say that not only was the place upscale looking but the people were so nice and friendly. And when i was pregnant with my son I went to MC to have my hair cut to donate to locks of love, it was the most traumatic cut I've ever had, and not because it was a bad one but because i had 12 inches cut off!!! i cried histerically, but the girl was so sweet and consoled me and my hormones lol. In any event i have nothing but great stories to tell from over the past three years, and I'm sure that I will have many more over the years to come... thanks for the great work. Isabel
I have been going to MC Hair for numerous services over the past 6 years. I have had highlights, prom up-dos, wedding up-dos, cut, massage, pedicure, waxing and will now trust them next May with my hair and make up when I get married. They are a fantastic salon and the people who work their always have a smile on their face. On one particular occasion, I decided to go to another salon to get my eyebrows waxed and they wound up butchering them! I went directly to MC Hair in tears to see if they could do anything to help me. The girls were so friendly and sympathetic about what had happened and got me right in to see my regular girl that does them. The receptionist gave me a bag full of free hair product goodies when I left and when I came back three weeks later, she even remembered me and ask me how I was doing! I won't go anywhere else for beauty!
They have a lot of great NEW talent at the salon (as well as the ones who have been there forever) who are passionate and excellent at what they do, and are up on the latest trends and techniques. They have a new male stylist who I hear is amazing!

When I first moved to this side of town, I went to one of those "trendy, high end, no tipping" salons. I ended up spending over $100 for a cut and highlight...when I came home, my boyfriend asked if I had gone to get my hair done yet..it didn't even look like I had anything done to it! I was in tears! I then decided to go right up the street to MC Hair and I've never gone anywhere else since! It's been seven years now and I love how my stylist remembers things about me (kids, family trips). That level of customer service will make me a customer for life!

I lived in Dallas for 14 years and after I moved to this area, I spent 7 years trying to find a salon in the Cleveland/Akron area that had stylists that could do more updated, current hairstyles. I tried all types of salons, including the "she-she" salons to many "regular" salons. I paid various prices for my haircuts, up to $100.00. Only to be "butchered" when I cam out, so I use to fly back to Dallas and Florida to get my hair done. All that changed when I found M.C. Hair. I have always been pleased with my hair when I been to your salon. The great "pampered" feeling I get there is also an added plus. I have not been back to Dallas or Florida in 3 years to get my hair done. In fact, I drive 1 hour from Westlake just to yor salon, beacuse I am so pleased with my hair when I get leave.
When I moved here from Vermont I was worried that I would not find a salon that provided the quality of service that I had. When I first walked into MCHair I was greeted warmly, and felt right at home. The quality of service is outstanding and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My hais has never looked better.
