I would never, never, never recommend this store to anyone...not even my worst enemy! If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would! Stay away from this store! The employees are rude and condescending! Worst of all is the owner! We were hit with "hidden"charges after we already ordered our dresses, told to leave the store for asking why there was a "hidden" charge, and the owner called two of the bridesmaids fat! You're wedding should be stress free...this place will cause you much undue stress!!!!!!

I was not impressed with this shop. My sister-in-law picked this place for her dresses. The selection was very small - they only had dresses up to size 6 in the design my sister-in-law picked. So, they had to order the dress for me. I had to have the dress taken in two sizes and alterations cost have the amount of the dress! Staff was rude and I was trying to find the most economical option. Staff told me "well, weddings are expensive". I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone- they were expensive, rude and given the dress was misized, wasted my money.

I purchased my wedding dress from them and all our the bridesmaid dresses from them. They were very helpful to all of us. Professional service and great follow up service. They work hard to make sure that everything is on time. Great for the "type A" brides like me!

I was married 5 years ago and they helped me find my dress. The owner picked out my dress one I never would've picked myself and my mother and I almost cried when I put it on! She was so helpful!

Magical Moments is by far the BEST bridal shop in the entire city. Their selection of dress far exceeded the seection at any other store, their prices are very reasonable, and we shopped around. Our Bridesmaids were accomidated perfectly down to the last fitting, and my pregnant friend looked glowing in a custom fit dress for her, their seemstress worked wonders on all our dresses, down to every last detail. We ordered invitations, matchbooks, napkins, shoes, veil, tierra, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, mother of the bride, and wedding gown, and everything came in perfect! Thank you for making your part of our wedding MAGICAL!!!

Karen was VERY HELPFUL!!! Found the perfect dress for the bride, shop was small, but attention was GREAT & SELECTION TOO!!! Can't wait to finish the rest of the dresses & invitations. PERSONAL ATTENTION!!!!!!

Small boutique with a limited selection. The employees were extremely unprofessional. I'd always heard that not to shop there but thought I'd give it a try. As soon as I entered, I overheard one of the workers talking about a bride acting like a "snot" and that they "couldn't wait for her to leave." I immediately turned around and walked out. Employees should never talk that way openly in front of customers.

The staff in this store are the most unfriendly and unhelpful customer service professionals I have ever met. I was looking for a gown and overheard a staff member on the phone with what I thought was a customer. She was very rude and then slammed the phone down on the customer. I was totally disgusted and made my way out of the store. It made me think of what I could potentially be in for in the future if I purchased from them. I am glad I left because I found a great dress at a super cute boutique in Rocky River.

The staff at Magical Moments is great, they are super friendly and very helpful, I found the dress of my dreams there and would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress.

I & two of my bridesmaids initially looked here for my wedding back in 2005...(didn't purchase anything) The two women in the store were not very friendly, and/or didn't appear too helpful & we were all turned off and left. After searching a few places, I ended up purchasing my gown at Henri's and my bridesmaids got their dresses there as well.
