One of Ohio's newest wineries is proud to offer a wide selection of grape and fruit wines. Each wine is crafted with the kind of attention to detail that only a small winery can offer, giving the connoisseur an unparalleled sensory experience.Often times people make fun of the whole wine tasting thing with all the swirling and sniffing but there is something to it. By moving the wine around rapidly in the glass you release odor and flavor molecules into the air. A great deal of our taste sensation is derived from our sense of smell and this action aids in getting the full profile of the wine.

They have a great cruise in for old cars in the summer and great wine.

It is a very unique market and winery. They
have excellent meats, cheeses, etc., and they
also have a very excellent wine list. Their semi-
sweet wines are excellent.

Maize Valley is a great palce to go. I should know its were i met my wife and where i propsoed to here and its were we will have our reception. So all in all Maize Valley is a good place to meet people and have a glass of wine...
