Mavis Winkle's Irish Pub is more elegant than most! One step through the front door, will amaze most everyone. The décor is well appointed with beautiful wood, glass and brass. Photography on most walls are from Scott MacGregor (www.irishphotos.com), a local Irishman who loves to capture the beauty of Ireland for all of us to embrace. This casual, cozy atmosphere oozes comfort and charm. A gorgeous two-sided fireplace with hand crafted mantles (also made by a local artist, Patrick Foley...Irish Workshop) boast two special Irish toasts! I am so glad this little gem found it's way to Independence. The zuchinni planks are addictive! Great sandwiches and atmosphere. LOVE THE PLANKS!!!!

The best place!!! The staff all knows your name!! Excellent food, beer and Irish whiskey selection. A warm place to experience.
