I use to deal with these folks a lot, until I hear them talking behind a customers back, and making fun of the item he was buying.

The staff that was there in the 2006-2007 time frame (mainly downstairs, never had a problem upstairs in the guitar department) were rude and condescending. They use to be great, but they are not anymore. Myself and others would rather go to Guitar Center and pay a mark up then deal with the gossiping, back stabbing folks that work there.

And it is a shame, because Steve is a real cool person....change out some of the rude workers and the store might get back to where it was.

This store has been here for as long as I can remember. Excellent prices and the very best place I've found for used instruments. I'd place these guys above all the rest.
