One Spirit Yoga truly captures the peaceful, serene, and invigorating feeling that you hope to achieve with Yoga. The one spirit presence in every class is amazing!!! You will really love this course, she has everything from beginners moves to advanced moves in each class and from the lighting to the music it is all associated with the over all sense of well being and calm.
Suzanne's yoga class is phenomenal and a beautiful find! For anyone looking for a truly spiritual yoga experience I would recommend attending Suzanne's teachings. She lives her teachings, she has amazing energy and gives everything she has to her students every class!
One spirit yoga is a wonderful experience simply because of Suzanne. She really lives her teaching and I feel that this quality comes through to her students.
Suzanne' has the ability to create an atmosphere in which I can get the most out of my yoga practice, she has such a calm, peaceful manner. The words she uses bring so much understanding to the moves that we do. I truly feel that I am giving myself a gift each time I attend her yoga sessions.

I have been taking Yoga since 1970 when I lived in San Francisco, I truly believe that how you do Yoga is how you do your life, bringing together body, mind & spirit. Suzanne' and One Spirit Yoga help to achieve this and more...
