I found their food to be rather bland and unappetizing. There are plenty of better Chinese restaurants around. (Most are less expensive too.)

There's a reason the Pearl has been there for more than 30 years. Their food is consistently the best Chinese food in Ohio. And you HAVE to try their Peking Duck! Better than Beijing!

Dine at the Pearl for the past 28 years. The best Chinese cuisine in the city.

George and his crew do a wonderful job. I have eaten their dozens of times, always fresh, hot and plentiful and served with great hospitality. With out a doubt they are one of the best operators in the city serving any cuisine.

It's the first thing I think of when I come home from college and the ONLY place I want to eat. It's REAL food, not something that was thawed out from a mass manufacturer. The owners are present and know their customers. They actually care about their business and the community should too. All these chain restaurants have the same menus and look like Las Vegas hotels with their ridiculous "themes". And if you could see the calories and sodium they pack into their mass manufactured food...Small businesses like the Pearl of the Orient are the only places to get real service anymore.

You know, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Cleveland. You know, after working hard and doing what we do and playing our game, and trying to get a win, I like to come to the restaurant get some good Mongolian beef and unwind with Damon and Larry, you know. It´s just good.

This truly is the best chinese restaurant in Cleveland. Name one other Chinese restaurant that has been around for 30 years?! Impossible, because they're haven't been any others. The only reason this place has been around for so long is because they are truly that great. The average lifespan of a restaurant is 5-7 years. This one's been around for 30.
