The name Pickle Bill’s was derived in the mind of a thirty year old man named Gerald Gibson Powell back in 1967. W.C.Fields, the famous actor of the 1930’s black and white movie era, was a favorite of Jerry’s. Field’s first name, William, was shortened to Bill, and due to the fact that his movie character was always "pickled", the "Pickle Bill’s" name was created. This is the reason why the silhouette of Fields is used as our company logo.

The best seafood ever!!
NO place comes even close to the mouth watering fish served here. My husband I celebrate our anniversary there every year...knowing we will not walk away disappointed. The only thing they do not provide in the way of service, is a pillow after the meal. Portions are great, food is the best around and nothing is sacrified in the way of service. Keep up the good work. Hubby and I have been married for 20 years...we've got many, many more to look forward to.
Pickle Bill's is great. I've never had a bad meal. I go there every year with my husband for our anniversary. We sit out on the deck by the river in the summer or dine by the fireplace in the winter. It's a lovely, quirky place with great food. I love their sweet dinner rolls.
A wonderful combination of good food, good service, and great ambiance on a warm summer night.
