I love everything about this place... the facility, the staff, and their medically based program. I have made more progress there in the first six weeks than I did in a whole year at another facility. I especially love their stress-reduction focus - from the waterfall spa pool, luxurious locker rooms and spacious fitness floors to the peaceful, quiet nature of their adult-only policy. And what a difference their friendly medical staff made (they are all degreed exercise physiologists!) in helping me achieve my goals. I give them TEN stars!!!
