Todd is always helpful and friendly when I go in. It doesn't matter if I'm just getting my rings cleaned or having repair work done, I always get fantastic service.

Unlike other jewelry stores, the chains in the area, Taylor Made has unique pieces. My sister sent me there when I was looking for an aniversary band and I was able to get a superior quality ring, platinum with very high quality stones for less money than at a chain, who wanted to sell me J rated diamonds for more money. My sister shops for jewelry like other people shop for shoes, and she wouldn't go anywhere else. She has even gone in picked out loose stones and told them what she wants a ring to look like and they do it. I sent my friend there to get a ring repaired that another jewelry store ruined when resetting a side stone and now her ring is as beautiful as the day she got it. Taylor Made is a "gem."

My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Taylor Made in 1993. We've also purchased other jewelry and watches. Jim Taylor has done many repairs and ring resizing for me. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry. Not "cookie-cutter" jewelry like you see everywhere else.

They treat their customers like family. Their custom work is superb. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do repairs in the store. They are the best!!!
